Roll it up from the foot to the valve. Close the valve. Unroll it. Fold it in half across the width. Roll back up towards the valve. When the pressure builds again undo the valve again and quickly complete the roll to the top. Close the valve when all the air has been squeezed out. Secure the roll with the straps supplied and pop the mat into the protective storage sack (Also supplied).
