The TacMed Solutions Tramedic Massive Bleeding Sub Kit provides for the immediate treatment of serious arterial and venous bleeding. The kit includes a SOF Tourniquet which was designed by Special Forces medics and has been rigorously tested on and off the battlefield. Tourniquet Features: 5” machined aircraft grade aluminum windlass rod 1.5” reinforced, low-stretch polyester strap Detachable, UV-resistant, high-strength composite friction-lock buckle Tri-Ring Lock™ and Tourniquet Retention Assistance Clip™ for windlass securement Low-profile with no catch points when folded and staged Easy one-handed application The kit also includes a 4″ OLAES Modular Bandage which significantly offers a simpler and more effective solution in bandage dressing options.  The elastic combat dressing simply requires wrapping where the elastic stays flat instead of turning into a cord. Control of the elastic roll is maintained by the ‘Control Strips’ should the elastic be dropped. You no longer have to open or carry gauze and a bandage separately as both are included in the same package.
