The Midwest Industries AKM Picatinny End Plate Adapter replaces the standard trunnion with a Mil-Spec 1913 rail. This adapter installs easily in about 15-minutes or less with proper tools. This adapter allows for the use of 1913-style fixed or folding stocks and braces. Made for AKM pattern rifles with an internal receiver width of 32mm. Users must cut off the stock tang for installation. Installation note – due the varying tolerances common with the AK platform, additional fitting and/or gunsmith installation may be required.
